The Opportunity


The JAPAC Central Strategy & Operations team drives the strategic priorities that accelerate Adobes Enterprise business across the region. We bring analytical rigor strategic clarity and operational excellence to support decision-making and scale best practices across multiple geographies!

This role offers the opportunity to join a high-impact high-visibility team responsible for shaping data-driven insights building scalable frameworks and optimising processes that support sales performance and regional growth.

What youll do

  • Analyse business and sales performance data to surface insights risks and opportunities recommending actions that drive growth.

  • Build and maintain frameworks to assess business health including pipeline coverage opportunity progression bookings deal execution sales KPIs and business cadence.

  • Prepare and present performance reviews at the geo and regional level including business cases initiative assessments and win/loss analyses for leadership.

  • Apply structured problem-solving to strengthen operational rigor support sales methodologies and enhance systems and processes.

  • Partner with Sales Finance Operations and BI to streamline workflows optimise CRM usage improve reporting visibility and elevate dashboard effectiveness.

  • Develop strong expertise in key analytics tools and partner with BI teams to identify automation opportunities for faster more accurate insights.

  • Support key business rhythms including weekly deal reviews quarterly business reviews and annual planning.

  • Lead and execute change initiatives end-to-end championing continuous improvement.

  • Deliver on ad-hoc strategic and analytical projects requiring cross-functional alignment and high attention to detail.


What youll need to succeed

  • 47 years experience in business operations analytics strategy or consultingideally within a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience researching analysing data developing hypotheses and synthesising recommendations.

  • Ability to manipulate and present data for non-technical audiences; advanced Excel and working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau SQL and CRM systems (SFDC MSFT Dynamics or equivalent).

  • Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable plans.

  • Comfort navigating large or ambiguous datasets and identifying trends gaps or opportunities.

  • Experience improving processes to enhance efficiency scalability or data accuracy.

  • Demonstrated success contributing to planning execution or reporting initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills capable of influencing across teams and levels.

  • Strong focus on detail and a dedication to quality.

  • A curious proactive and self-directed mindset with the ability to manage priorities within a virtual fast-moving environment.
