We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Care Team Leader to:

Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members.
Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient family and other care providers.
Contribute to and support the effective management of the unit.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) degree Preferred

Work Experience

3 years of relevant clinical experience working with a surgical patient population Required
Outpatient surgery experience Required
Critical care background Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Registration as a professional nurse in the state of Wisconsin
Basic Life Support/CPR Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
