Job Summary

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

Respond to support cases quickly and efficiently
Setup and manage workstations for new hires
Create and update SOPs for IT Specialist tasks
Make project time-to-complete estimates follow up by tracking project time and tasks in our project management software

Qualifications :

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

Primary working OS is Mac
Proficient in troubleshooting
Strong communication skills; professionalism
Experience with Windows OS
System administration exposure
Quick learner
Bonus skills:
- SQL knowledge and experience (preferred MSSQL)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Experience with Crestron/A/V systems
- Technical certificates (ITIL AWS MCSE etc.)
- Office365 administration experience
- Meraki/Cisco (networking) experience
