Job Summary
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production maintenance logistics and quality teams to meet company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize processes reduce costs and improve product quality.
- Manage resources budgets and production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals.
- Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Management or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in manufacturing operations including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
