Purpose-led work youll be part of

As a Deals Financial Due Diligence and Transaction Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex transactions providing strategic advice and ensuring the successful execution of deals.

This position requires a deep understanding of the deals transaction lifecycle effective leadership skills and the ability to nurture build and maintain trusted and impactful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Transaction Services Engagements: Oversee and manage the entire due diligence process including analysis of financial forecasts historical earnings assets and liabilities of target companies.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to achieve their strategic objectives. Ability to react and respond to short notice / dynamic client requirements.

  • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice to clients on mergers acquisitions divestitures and other transactions ensuring alignment with their business goals.

  • People Leadership: Guide mentor and nurture a team of professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver multiple priorities and projects

  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities contributing to the growth and success of the Deals practice.

  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies managing risks associated with transactions.

  • Financial Performance: Monitor and manage the financial performance of engagements ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilisation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in transaction services corporate finance or a related field with a proven track record of leading and managing complex transactions.

  • Qualification: Certified Chartered Accountant with proven and demonstrable client-facing experience within M&A financial due diligence.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills and experience analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets cash flows and other key client deal issues.

  • Experienced in guiding and mentoring teams internally and externally.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Ability to nurture build and maintain trusted and meaningful client relationships.

  • Strategic and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to effectively drive multiple priorities requiring prompt decision making

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
