About the role

此岗位将负责协同跨部门帮助销售团队推进线下业务与数字化推广的落地与执行打造专业且具影响力医院渠道HCP教育体系并优化销售运营效率最终实现医院品牌影响力与市场占有率的双重提升

Key Responsibilities

• 协同TMKEMKT深入分析医疗市场格局制定针对不同层级医院的拓展及投资战略持续优化与迭代市场及销售策略

• 协同CE建立自动化销售运营数据分析体系监控关键指标为业务决策提供数据支持持续优化与迭代销售运营支持

• 协同CE建立渠道激励评估体系制定年度奖金激励政策或特殊项目奖金激励政策提升团队有效激励

• 协同TMKExpert MKTSalesFianceSupply chain等部门定期整合分析市场变化客户需求及销售执行等提供实时动态的反馈从而有效提升从客户需求医院销售商业供货及供应链生产的全链路流程效率

• 数字中心和公众号搭建运营提升医生对数字化教育兴趣和满意度增加医生对产品和疾病认知度提升诊疗观念线上教育赋能线下销售团队

• 需要建立统一的数据分析体系将各方数据打通从而实现精准化的资源投放和科学决策通过建立共同的目标清晰的利益分配机制和高效的项目管理方法提升销售团队的资源有效配置及时运用驱动不同部门为共同的目标努力

• 确保渠道拓展线上运营医生教育和销售支持这四股力量朝着同一个战略目标如提升某疾病领域的市场份额前进形成合力

• 将医疗合规内化为一种本能清楚营销红线在合规框架内进行创新

Qualifications and skills

• 本科及以上学历 医学药学等相关专业优先

• 10年以上医疗健康行业相关工作经验

• 具有卓越的规划能力分析能力和项目管理与执行能力

• 能够通过数据驱动决策定义核心指标并建立监控看板能从数据中发现问题洞察规律并用于指导下一步行动

• 深刻理解医疗行业的商业模式2H-医院和医生2C-患者能将所有工作最终关联到商业价值如品牌力提升业务增长上

• 能够通过市场走访数据分析等手段持续挖掘用户的真实需求和痛点并验证需求

• 拥有从0到1搭建教育体系或数字化转型的经验
