Job Summary

Apartment Communities Location: Multiple Sites in Middle Tennessee

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support daily operations at our apartment communities. This role is vital in maintaining the propertys physical integrity and ensuring a safe comfortable and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and complete work orders for HVAC plumbing electrical and appliance repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting drywall repair and minor carpentry.
Complete apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks.
Ensure grounds common areas and amenities are clean and functional.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

EPA Certification or HVAC experience is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferably in multi-family/apartment settings.
Working knowledge of building systems: electrical plumbing HVAC and appliances.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Must pass background and drug screening.
Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
