- Lead all functions for the Front Office team
- Effective supervision of late guest arrivals and early departures (Check-in/out)
- Supervision of night lobby services
- Conduct nightly audits & provide insightful reports to management
- Keep the hotel secure efficient & guest-focused
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hotels
- A current Managers Certificate
- A current LCQ certificate
- Knowledge of Opera systems a bonus.
- Projects professional image at all times
- Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily.
