Whats the role

No two days will be the same offering loads of variety and you will develop a broad skills base across all things admin. Based in the Marsh office in Hobart and overseeing the Launceston office remotely.

As a flexible employer we have designed the role so it can be spread across 3-4 days to be able to complete 20 hours work per week - this role requires you to be in the office for the full 20 hours

Our Facilities Assistant role will mainly focus on back of house admin functions.  You will work withmailroom processes AV/VC support kitchen and stationary purchasing assist with external contractors front desk and so much more!

Qualifications and Experience:

  • You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner. 
  • You will have basic Microsoft office skills and have enthusiasm in learning new systems.
  • AustralianCitizenshiporfull Australian working rights 
  • Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check 

Our Admin assistants are team players; they have a can-do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.
