- Troubleshoot and diagnose pneumatic & hydraulic test equipment
- Calibrate and repair pneumatic & hydraulic test equipment
- Assist operators with set-up of test equipment as needed
- Build and repair test stand masters
- Tear down and analysis of test stand failures
- Review processes on an on-going basis for safety quality and production efficiency
- Identify pneumatic & hydraulic leaks and repair
- Support assembly manufacturing with troubleshooting and guiding maintenance staff as needed
- Learn current Vision Systems and Industrial Lighting to help in troubleshooting
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in the Qualification of new test equipment
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- Associates degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience with industrial controls and measurement devices (i.e. pressure transducers LVDTs and load cells)
- 1-3 years industrial experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent troubleshooting skill and electrical safety knowledge
- Proactive mindset with strong communication interpersonal and team building skills
- Must be able to relate and get along with all levels of the organization
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Manufacturing Engineering
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting experiences
- Industrial Vision System Practical Hands-On Experience
- Exposure to manufacturing robots
