About the Role
TNA is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Manager who will be responsible for promoting and selling services spare parts and effective after-sales solutions all focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role will also be responsible for driving and supporting the aftermarket spare capital and service contract sales to meet and exceed branch financial targets.
Our NA regional head office is based in Dallas TX but we welcome applicants from anywhere in the U.S. who are interested in working remotely. While remote work is fully supported candidates located in or near Dallas are preferred. This position will be reporting directly into the After Market Sales & Service Manager Americas.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Generate Revenue through the Aftermarket Sales Function.
- Improve Customer Engagement though regular customer visits.
- Improve Spare Parts/Upgrades Sales by visiting customer with Sales Managers and understanding customer needs.
- Follow up and provide solutions to any technical issue reported by the customers after commissioning.
- Follow up warranties (Customer TNA Customer) *after commissioning.
- Promote and grow tna service contract portfolio to our extensive customer base.
- Develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote the TNA Brand though value selling its equipment and support.
Desired Knowledge Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Sales Marketing Commerce or Engineering disciplines are considered.
Work Experience:
- Proven experience in Technical Sales for the manufacturing (especially food and packaging) industry is advantageous.
Knowledge
- Fully competent in statistical data analysis.
- High level of product knowledge.
Skills & Abilities
- High communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
- Well organized.
- Follow up and commitment to bringing fast and efficient solutions
- Able to use CRM/ERP tools (D365) proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and spreadsheets
