Position Overview:

This role is responsible for leading internal initiatives and driving standardization efforts across the Collaboration & Digital Workplace (CDW) organization. The position includes managing a small team of analysts providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure successful delivery of projects and the professional growth of team members.

What You Will Do:

Lead CDW initiatives and drive process tool and workflow standardization.
Manage and develop a team of analysts with clear goals and ongoing coaching.
Partner with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between CDW leadership and operations.
Track initiative progress and maintain documentation standards reporting and team administrative lists.
Ensure team compliance with all required trainings and certifications.
Develop maintain and test disaster recovery plans and perform regular risk assessments.
Create update and enforce SOPs for critical CDW processes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
7 years experience managing and developing a highly skilled and motivated teams.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with ServiceNow reporting tools and process documentation.
Strong problem-solving organization communication and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented adaptable and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Expert in Excel PowerPoint and automation of manual processes.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
