Job Summary
Are you ready to help us make the future Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis process improvement and metrics for Honeywell. As a Program Controls Specialist I you will be a partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans create cost and schedule baselines for large complex programs across multiple sites. You will recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation and will interact with the global program management Team Business leaders and customers. You will coach and mentor Project Analysts with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Enter data
- Prepare and publish metrics and reports
- Analyze program performance
- Identify route cause
- Improve processes
- Analyze cost and schedule integration
- Track budget and program financial data
- Maintain schedule and track milestones
- Develop EVM (Earned Value Management) Knowledge and Apply to Program
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 years experience using Microsoft office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in business Math Finance or Economics or related field.
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix work environment.
- User experience of SAP system.
- User experience of Microsoft Project
- Experience with financial data compilation analysis and metrics management.
- Experience in usage of Earned Value Metrics Estimate at completion growth and Milestone Fidelity.

The annual base salary range for this position is $59000 - $73700. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
