You will coach and mentor Project Analysts with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities.
Responsibilities- Enter data
- Prepare and publish metrics and reports
- Analyze program performance
- Identify route cause
- Improve processes
- Analyze cost and schedule integration
- Track budget and program financial data
- Maintain schedule and track milestones
- Develop EVM (Earned Value Management) Knowledge and Apply to Program
Qualifications- 2 years experience using Microsoft office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Bachelors degree in business Math Finance or Economics or related field.
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix work environment.
- User experience of SAP system.
- User experience of Microsoft Project
- Experience with financial data compilation analysis and metrics management.
- Experience in usage of Earned Value Metrics Estimate at completion growth and Milestone Fidelity.
