Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a well-established contractor to bring on an experienced and customer-focused Heating and Cooling Service Technician. This role is ideal for a professional who delivers 5-star service maintains a clean and organized company vehicle and values ongoing training and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy
Communicate daily with customers offering fast and effective HVAC solutions
Coordinate with dispatch management parts and install teams
Use a company-issued iPad for estimates GPS invoicing and payment collection
Maintain a clean stocked service truck
Complete all service documentation accurately and on time
Participate in an on-call rotation
Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities

Qualifications

3 years of HVAC service experience
- Must be able to use gauges meters and diagnostic tools confidently
Must have personal hand tools needed for service work
Willingness to obtain additional certifications (support available)
Strong professional presence and respectful customer communication

Compensation

Competitive pay between $35.00 $40.00 per hour
