Your first months:

• In your first 2 weeks:get to know your new team and get more context around what you will be doing at SITS Traxion.

• In the next4 months:Get brought up-to-speed with the IAM world get hands-on training for both hard skills and soft skills that are necessary to become successful in this the necessary certificates for your respective field and gain insight into your personal communication preferences and underlying drivesin order tobuild on your development a collaborative supportive environment with the the same time get situated and start developing withinyour team and start a deep dive into your new specialism.

• The next couple of months:Gainhands-on experienceworkingat&with clients. Together with your buddy and the support of yourcolleaguesyou will rocket into becoming a specialist.

• After that:You are fully imbedded into your team and further develop yourself as a specialist within your field. Your professional goals act as a guideline for the steps in your development to ensure you can keep working towards your ambitions.

Whatyoulldo as a JuniorIAM software Engineer

• Understand &Analyse:Learn to break down customer requirements incidents and problems helping the team design solutions that meet real-world needs.

• Build & Support IAM Systems:Assist in designing developing testing deploying andmaintainingsecure Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems while learning how they integrate with client environments.

• Collaborate & Deliver:Work closely with your team each day to complete tasks contribute to key features and tackle technical challenges in a supportive sprint environment.

• Test &Validate:Helpvalidatedevelopments support testing andassistwith deployments to ensure systems are secure reliable and high-quality.

• Share Insights:Contribute ideas and feedback with cross-functional teams to help improve processes solutions and outcomes.

• Identify & Solve Issues:Support the identification and resolution of potential IAM or security issues learning to prevent disruptions and enhance system performance.

• Collaborate:with client teams (IT HR CISO) and internal colleagues (Sales Technical Consultants IT Operations).

• Fixed-termcontractas part of our Kickstarter program with intent forpermanent contract.

• Hybrid working options:34 days/week at our Waardenburg office or client siteand 1-2 days in the home office.

• A starting salary depending on your level of education: 3350gross(for university graduates WO) or 3150gross(for graduates of a university of applied sciences HBO)

Whatyoullbring to the team

• Experience:Youreat the start of yourIAMcareer ideally with some exposure to IT/security topics or consultancy. Experience with writing and presenting reports is a plus.

• Skills: Proactive communicative curious and culturally afraid to ask questions or approach new and / or interest in securityishelpful.

• Languages:Fluentproficiencyin Dutch andBusiness proficient inEnglish.

• Education/Certifications: HBO or WObacheloror masterwith an IT and/or relevant certification related to IT toolingITSM and / or project management is helpful.

• Availability: Available fulltime (32 hours can be discussed)from the1stof March 2026and able to work from Waardenburg or client site34 days/week.

• Drivers License: Valid EU drivers license.

• Work Eligibility: You live in the Netherlands andare eligible to work here.
