Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• React JavaScript TypeScript Redux HTML5 CSS3
• Java 11/17 Spring Boot Spring Security Spring Data
• REST APIs Microservices Swagger/OpenAPI
• SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka RabbitMQ)

Banking & Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred)

• Experience working in Commercial or Institutional Banking.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Understanding of:
• KYC / AML onboarding workflows
• CIB customer lifecycle management
• Risk & compliance processes
• Document verification and approval workflows
• Prior experience with digital onboarding portals or banking platforms is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders.
• High attention to detail especially regarding security and compliance.
• Proactiveness and ownership in delivering high-quality work.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 512 years of experience in full-stack development preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven success in building secure enterprise-grade web applications.
