We are implementing a portfolio of modern platformsQuantium for fund management Xero for accounting Workable for HR Slack for communication for workflows Submittable and Skipso for program/grant management and n8n for automationeach a building block in our digital transformation journey.

Were hiring a Project Manager to lead this transformation and manage a small team dedicated to enterprise systems.

The Role

Youll own the delivery of our enterprise systems roadmap. That means coordinating system rollouts ensuring platforms integrate smoothly and managing a team that spans both technical and business functions. Youll be hands-on enough to engage in technical discussions but your main focus is orchestrating projects guiding your team and aligning stakeholders.

What Youll Do

Lead the implementation and integration of core systems: Quantium Xero Workable Slack Submittable Skipso and n8n.
Manage and coach a team including Product Manager Systems Administrators and AI-focused hires (Systems Engineer & Data & Automation Engineer).
Work with stakeholders to capture requirements prioritise needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
Maintain project roadmaps manage risks and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Oversee platform interoperability and data flows between HR Finance Fund Management and Program systems.
Oversee contribution of data from enterprise platforms (e.g. Workable Xero) into the Azure system of record ensuring consistency data quality and accessibility.
Ensure compliance data integrity and system security across the digital stack.
Report project progress risks and impact to senior leadership.
Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI and automation into enterprise workflows.

Requirements

What Youll Bring

5 years of project management experience in IT SaaS implementation or digital transformation.
Strong technical literacy in SaaS platforms APIs and system integrations.
Experience in business process modelling and system design.
Proven track record leading teams (direct line management preferred).
Excellent organisational and communication skillsyou align stakeholders engineers and executives.
Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day delivery.
Demonstrated AI/LLM project work in past experience.

Bonus Points

PMP Agile/Scrum or equivalent certification.
Prior experience implementing enterprise platforms (finance HR collaboration fund management).
Familiarity with AI/automation in enterprise systems.
