Role: VoIP Implementation Specialist
Priority Location: Latin America (Open to South Africa Philippines Eastern Europe)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 40hrs/week between 6AM-6PM US Pacific Timezone

Salary Range: $1500-$2500/month

About the Role: Were looking for a VoIP Implementation Specialist experienced in setting up and managing VoIP systems for clients. This is primarily a nonclient-facing role but there will be some direct client interaction as part of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan configure and deploy new VoIP systems (both on-premise and cloud-based) for clients based on their business needs.
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys and gather necessary technical requirements.
- Coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams during the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Perform system testing quality assurance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Document system configurations network diagrams and project delivery procedures.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training as required.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time completion of implementations.
- Maintain current project status updates within the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure accurate project management tracking.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in technical project management specifically implementing and managing VoIP systems projects for different organizations
- Strong understanding of VoIP technologies configuration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with any tech tools for efficient task and project management (HubSpot Zoom Excel Google Sheets Slack/Teams)
- Excellent English communication skills for internal team collaboration
- Must be available to work within U.S. business hours
- Self-starter and reliable A-player who takes ownership and delivers results.
Success Metrics:
- Percentage of projects completed on time and within scope.
- Client satisfaction scores post-implementation.
- Minimal post-deployment technical issues (low rate of support tickets related to new installations).
- Quality and completeness of project documentation.
