About the Role
As a Business Development Officer you will play a central role in strengthening the companys commercial presence across Eurasia. Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Eurasia region.
Build manage and maintain long-term relationships with clients partners and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand regional trends and competitive movements and support strategic planning.
Participate in outreach lead generation product presentations and negotiation of commercial terms.
Work closely with marketing operations and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of partners.
Track and report pipeline development performance metrics and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
Represent the company at conferences trade events and business meetings across the region when required.

Requirements

Native-level Russian with strong command of English.
Experience in business development partnerships sales or account management.
Strong commercial understanding and proven track record of turning opportunities into tangible results.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
