Job Summary

Long-TermHigh School (Math) Substitute Teacher

Grandview Heights School is looking for a Long-term Substitute Teacher forHigh School Math: this is a tested subject so licensure is preferred courses include;

AP Calculus AB (2 sections AP test in May)
Honors Precalculus (3 sections test written by teacher)
Geometry Extension (1 section class supports studentsin regular geometry)

Lesson plans will be prepared and only need to teach the content per the guided notes and assign homework left by the teacher.

Anticipatedmid-March 2026through the end of the school year.

The ideal candidate will holda 7-12 Integrated Math teaching licenseand be an approved substitutethrough the Educational Services Center of Central Ohio (ESC-COG Substitute consortium). Candidates with a post-secondary degreein a related field (but no teaching license) may also be considered.
