The Digital Marketing Manager position will plan manages and oversees all aspects of a digital marketing campaign to effectively promote Norgrens brand and products. The duties include planning a digital campaign delegating responsibilities to the marketing team and measuring the performance analytics of a campaign.
Work Location & Schedule: University Park / Hybrid 1-2 days/week onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Drives Growth through planning and executing a digital marketing plan to promote brand products and services on all available digital marketing channels PPC SOCIAL CONTENT SOCIAL WEB MARCOM MOBILE o Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs including leading and contributing to content creation graphic design copy creation and deadline management.
- Create and apply SMS and email-based marketing campaigns.
- Create digital marketing programs using web organic and paid media approaches.
- Experience leading and contributing to website creation including but not limited to microsites and landing pages.
- Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
- Create content videos podcasts on online sites.
- Consolidate and translate complex technical content into a compelling marketing message that produces a high response and optimal search rates.
- Responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to support the IA Americas business plan. Provide direction and recommendations based on factual data relating to products advertising markets pricing strategic planning acquisitions etc.
- Identify technology growth trends and forecasts in market segments. Identify and develop new products and opportunities for existing products to meet targeted growth plans in conjunction with engineering and operations.
- Coordinate development and implementation of product commercialization including promotional programs training programs for field and inside sales distribution networks.
- Communicate with customers and develop strategies and programs to satisfy their requirements.
- Manage train and develop team members and evaluate their work performance.
- Apply performance management and leadership techniques to assure positive employee relations.
- Track measure and report ROI using data to optimize and evolve performance.
- Perform other duties as responsibilities necessitate.
Critical Competencies for Success
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a closely related subject is required. MBA preferred 5 plus years experience.
- 2 plus years experience managing a team.
- Worked as an internet marketing manager previously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics in depth.
- Social media networking and advertising experience is a plus.
- Digital marketing tools SEO best practices and brand exposure tactics are all things you should know.
- Advanced project management abilities are required.
- Knowledge of the most up-to-date technologies and industry trends.
- Experience leading and contributing to website creation including but not limited to microsites and landing pages.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint & Outlook).
- CRM experience desired.
- Account Based Management Systems experience desired.
Pay range: $120k - $135k
Within this range individual pay is determined based on skills experience and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws if applicable.
Bonus eligibility: This position is also eligible for a variable incentive pay component separate from base salary.
