Job Summary

Job Title: Reconciliation Clerk

Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join the clients team as a Reconciliation Specialist. You will be an integral part of the Accounts Receivable team responsible for processing and reconciling sales and cash transactions as well as invoicing and cash application.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile Merchant Providers (ie Credit Card PayPal eBay etc.) statements to banking and NetSuite data (ERP)
Assist with verification orders utilizing Signifyd fraud protection and Shopify Fraud Protection features.
Monitor daily activities of sales orders credit memos and return authorizations to ensure accurate recording
Process and issue refunds/credits create refunds report and reconcile returns with eCommerce platforms payment providers and NetSuite data
Reconcile order status across eCommerce platforms and NetSuite
Reconcile sales tax discrepancies across eCommerce platforms and NetSuite
Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma Associates degree preferred
2-4 years related experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to accurately enter information into a computer access information from a computer and verify information on a screen
Ability to perform a variety of tasks
Motivated detail-oriented organized excellent time management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Service-oriented
