Job Summary

One Contact Center is looking for an OFFICE CLERK to join our team in PASIG/ORTIGAS office. This person will handle all clerical administrative tasks. This person will be trained various office jobsand many opportunities await the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all ad hocprocedureand processes - Maintain reports records and general files for consistent analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two-yearcollege (bachelorsdegree preferred) in any discipline is required.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to handle informationconfidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS word and excel.
  • Attention to detail. Focus on work and on time delivery of daily reports.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of our Pasig Office.
  • Perfect attendance and arriving on time are necessary.

As everyone knows Facebook and other social media outlets are a source of fake news. One Contact Center is not immune to this problem. We have some disgruntled employees posting false narratives to hurt the image of OCC. We said some because this maybe just one person using many aliases. All employees have a right to complain to DOLE who is the final authority in hearing any employee complaint to render a just decision. We have been in the business for over 24 yearsand we always abide with DOLEs decision.
