Role Overview
The Assistant Manager Sales will lead area-level sales growth manage customer relationships coordinate with internal teams and ensure seamless execution of the sales cycle. This role includes customer visits proposal preparation after-sales support and efficient reporting.
Scope of the Job

Drive new customer acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets.

Plan customer visits conduct market research cold calling and proposal submissions.

Coordinate with internal teams for demos sampling dispatch and logistics.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and leverage referrals.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues effectively.

Ensure timely payment follow-ups with customers.

Prepare quotations contracts confirmations and related communications.

Maintain daily weekly and monthly sales reports & MIS dashboards.
Qualifications

Minimum graduate degree.
-
4 years of experience in Sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good management and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Excel.
