Responsibilities
  • Collections of accounts receivable balances from our customers.
  • Maintaining a smooth functioning credit portfolio -supplying responsive process-effective services to internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring past due and collection metrics are achieved on a portfolio of accounts.
  • Working closely with site sales marketing organizations and companys treasury to structure financing alternatives for customers requiring special financing and resolve disputes.
  • As an intern within the organization you will be tasked with assisting the team and gain experience in Collections within a multi-dimensional and multi-national organization.
  • Providing support with preparation and negotiation of sanctions compliance legal terms for all Honeywell businesses.
  • Providing contract evaluation under the mentorship of Sanctions Compliance professionals review of contract terms and conditions background research risk gap analysis.
  • Assistance in identifying and consolidating important data from contracts and supporting audit exercises when necessary.


Qualifications
  • Student of masters degree at the University of relevant discipline
  • Availability to work an average of 20h/week.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of English language for daily communication knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a huge advantage
