ZetaGlobalsEMEA Activation team hasoffices inParisMadridand Team Coordinatorwill beamemberof the Client Partnerships team based in Londonand working closely with our colleagues in the to the SVP EMEA you will play a crucial role inmaintaininghigh levelsof client service delivery and ensuring the efficient smooth functioning of the team and the London office. This position works closely with the sales and marketing teams and acts as a central hub forlogistics administration and team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support:Organize and managecomplex calendars scheduling internal and external meetings and prioritizing conflicting demands with excellent judgement.
- Team & Client Liaison:Act as a centralliaisonbetween members of theClientPartnership Team its valued clients and key internal/external stakeholdersmaintainingprofessionalism and discretion.
- Logistics& Event Coordination:Arrange comprehensivelogisticsfor team meetings company off-sites and internal/external events ensuring seamless execution.
- Operational Awareness:Proactively keep the team informed ofrelevant deadlinesandassistwith various administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure team goals are met.
- Office Management:Assistinthesmooth day-to-day operationof the London supplies managing any onsite visits/client meetings
- Executive Alignment & Prioritisation: Report directly to the SVP EMEA working in close partnership to prioritise workload and proactively flag upcoming critical moments and necessary decisions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of3 years of professional experienceworking in a fast-paced office environment preferably supporting a sales or client-facing team.
- Exceptionalorganisationaland time management skillswith a proven ability to prioritise multitask and manage complex schedules effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsdemonstratingclarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- High degree ofemotional intelligenceand discretion with a proven ability to work as a constructiveteam player.
- Proficiencyin standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications (Desirables)
- Ability to communicate proficiently inFrench and/or Spanishis a significant advantage.
