Job Summary

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office (downtown Toronto) at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.

As a Business / Data Analyst on the Liquidity Currency Program youll work at the intersection of business and technology translating liquidity reporting requirements into actionable data and functional specifications.

Your expertise in Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) calculation and regulatory reporting will ensure accurate and compliant delivery across all liquidity systems.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

.Partner with business stakeholders SMEs and development teams to gather document and validate requirements for Liquidity Reporting enhancements.
.Define and maintain functional and data specifications for LCR and related liquidity metrics in line with Basel III / OSFI standards.
.Perform data traceability and validation from source systems through ETL and calculation layers.
.Design and execute test cases to validate LCR computations and reconcile results.
.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and capture results for audit and compliance documentation.
.Identify data quality or logic gaps and work with developers to ensure accuracy and consistency in calculations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills
.46 years of experience as a BA/DA in Liquidity Treasury or Regulatory Reporting.
.Strong understanding of Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Liquidity Risk / Treasury reporting.
.Proven experience in requirement documentation data analysis and testing.
.Solid knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
.Familiarity with Basel III liquidity principles HQLA categorization and regulatory templates.
.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
.Experience with ETL workflows and data lineage tracing.
.Knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools.
.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
