Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

Collins Community Credit Union is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing policy governance coordinating risk committees assisting in issue management processes and coordinating regulatory exams.

**Responsibilities can include**
- Manage policy governance including drafting reviewing and maintaining risk-related policies.
- Coordinate risk committee meetings prepare agendas and record minutes.
- Assist in issue management processes ensuring timely resolution and tracking of exam and non-audit issues.
- Coordinate regulatory exams provide necessary documentation and responses.
- Manage the third-party risk and vendor management program including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
- Maintain model inventories.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
- Prepare ERM risk assessments.
- Create monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to management and the board.
- Prepare board-level risk management reports and presentations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to risk management.

**Qualifications:**
- Associates degree in Risk Management Finance Business Administration or related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management internal audit or a related field.
- Ability to understand and apply risk frameworks regulatory requirements and governance practices.
- Seeks out responsibilities and duties to continually move role forward.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
