Job Summary
Now Hiring: Automotive Service Dispatcher
Location: Your Shop/City
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you organized detail-oriented and great at keeping things moving Were looking for an Automotive Service Dispatcher to join our growing team! In this role youll be the communication hub of our service departmentcoordinating workflow assigning jobs to technicians and ensuring our customers receive fast reliable service.
What Youll Do
Efficiently dispatch repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill level and availability
Maintain clear communication between service advisors and technicians
Monitor work progress to ensure on-time completion
Update repair orders and manage workflow in the shop management system
Help maintain a smooth organized and safe shop environment
Assist with customer updates as needed
What Were Looking For
Experience in an automotive service environment (dispatching preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop
Basic computer skills; familiarity with shop software a plus
A team player with a positive professional attitude
