Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. As a Solution Architect you are a pioneer in our customer solutions and responsible for their conception.
2. Individual contributor role in the Presales and Solutions practice with hands on experience in one or more of the following steams - IT infrastructure Application Development and Support Product development Next Generation Digital Technologies which includes but not limited to cloud.
4. Build competitive proposals with great level of business acumen and able to comprehend with defend your solution during the bid lifecycle that includes but not limited to Bid management win themes pricing models client presentations and deal defense.
5. Responsible to developing solutions that shall be aligned with Global Solution frameworks and comply with bid compliance and audit requirements.
6. Good sound knowledge on Financial modelling for the client requirements that includes models like Fixed Price RU/ Unit based Time and Material GCC/GSS model Gain share model and Value/Cost/Output based pricing.
7. Responsible to design reliable realizable and cost competitive solutions (including a combination of on- and offshore locations)
8. Strong expertise and innovative ideas to architect/ design solutions evaluate multiple options to meet clients business requirements
9. Own drive and/or contribute to proactive/RFP/RFI responses and proposals on solution architecture estimation transition timelines pricing commercial and governance
10. Act as solution integrator for proactive/RFP/RFI responses and proposals integrating solution delivery transition commercial and risk
11. Participate actively in the entire bid cycle with sales BUs bid teams and other relevant stake holders; involve in presentations to the clients and coordinate client visits (RFP related)
12. Interations with customers (Customer facing) handle customer requirements and Solution defence
13. Involve in solution and deal reviews
14. Harvest learning from delivery into sales build differentiation in solution by utilizing various levers like IPs innovative pricing etc
15. Support the delivery team as required in the execution stage from a solution standpoint

Required Skills
1. Good understanding of ADM and technology services estimations various pricing methods industrialization delivery practices and commercial aspects
2. In-depth knowledge of delivery approaches in design build and testing as required
3. Good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Service Credits/ penalties
4. Good understanding of the competitive bidding scenario the competitors and bench markers
5. Full stack including application infrastructure and cloud Services and/or full services lifecycle experience (architecting and building services)
6. Should have previous IT Service Delivery experience for large accounts

Skills and Experience
1. ITILv3 / ITIL v4 DevOps Agile certifications
2. Has solution experience of designing large outsourcing deals (over 20 million TCV - any currency) and has been customer facing
3. Masters in Engineering and/ or MBA from premier institutes
4. 12 years Experience with an engineering background
