The role
We are looking for a Sustainability Associate to join our team working closely with one of our Sustainability Managers to deliver a long-term sustainability strategy for a key client with the potential to work with other clients in the future. Youll be working directly with one of our Sustainability Managers to implement and deliver the clients sustainability strategy. The role combines corporate sustainability with responsible investment supporting with hands-on implementation and delivery.
This role is well-suited to someone with 13 years work experience preferably within the investment industry who is interested in transitioning to a more sustainably focussed role.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive responsible investment strategy: youll play a key role in implementing and running our clients Responsible Investment (RI) strategy. This includes managing committee meetings overseeing reporting schedules assessing sustainability risk data across our investments and delivering training for investment teams.
- Champion corporate sustainability: help embed sustainability across the client and its subsidiaries incorporating B Corp principles and ensuring they sit at the heart of company objectives.
- Fuel Groundswells growth: were a fast-growing start-up and youll be part of that journey. Support the team bring fresh ideas and be involved with new growth opportunities (or seek out your own!) to help us make an even bigger impact.
