We are seeking an experienced National Account Executive to join our Personal Health team. Reporting to the National Business Manager this role offers hands-on commercial experience across strategically important retail customers. Youll play an integral role in supporting the delivery of customer plans executing key promotional and media activity.


Your role:

  • Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with major retail partners aligned to both customer objectives and internal KPIs.
  • Oversee financial management of accounts forecasting and management of promotional and trade spend.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts ensuring effective communication.
  • Analyse and utilise data and insights to identify opportunities and implement timely actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as marketing supply chain and finance.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.


Youre the right fit if:

  • A degree in business marketing or related field.
  • 2years experience as National Account Executive or Category role with a consumer goods/ FMCG business.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-accountability environment.
  • Proactive organised and commercially curious.
  • Analytical skills for translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and influencing skills with a keen eye for detail and execution excellence.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with peers across the commercial team to align and share best practices.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to undertake regular interstate travel.
