Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings nights weekends and holidays.
Role Overview:
Responsible for providing assessment crisis intervention individual family and group therapy as well as case management. Develop and monitor service plans treatment progress document interactions and maintain clinical records and other reporting data for clients with mild to severe mental illness disorders and/or disabilities and substance use disorders. Coordinate with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver services to client. Collaborate with medical providers nurses behavioral health technicians case managers peer specialists and psychiatrists regarding treatment. The role will work with and advocate for diverse and often marginalized populations daily to provide interventions support and resources and to ensure that the appropriate services are offered in an inclusive and equitable manner.

Highly Desired:
Masters degree in the Human Services field from an accredited College or University preferred
Experience in coordinating mental health intervention plans and services with other agencies preferred
CAT/CAS certification highly desired
Current Colorado professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW LPC LAC or LMFT) preferred
Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
