Our Client is seeking an English ECT to deliver KS3 and KS4 English within a welcoming and development-focused school in Harlow. The successful candidate will receive structured support throughout their induction including reduced teaching load weekly mentoring sessions and guidance in lesson planning assessment and behaviour management.
