An established independent school in Manchester is seeking a proactive and professional HR Manager to lead HR services and support its growing staff team.

Manage all HR functions including recruitment induction and employee lifecycle.
Lead ER processes investigations and performance management.
Maintain HR systems data compliance and reporting.
Support SLT with strategic people planning and policy development.
Ensure adherence to safeguarding requirements and safer recruitment.
Build strong working relationships with staff across departments.
CIPD-qualified (Level 5 or above).
Experience in HR leadership roles.
Knowledge of employment law and school compliance.
High levels of professionalism organisation and discretion.
