Role Responsibilities
Providing first and second-line technical support
Troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
Maintaining user accounts devices and security protocols
Supporting AV and classroom technologies
Assisting with upgrades system maintenance and large-scale IT projects
Delivering friendly efficient support to staff and students
Experience and Qualifications
IT support experience (school experience beneficial but not required)
Strong working knowledge of Windows Office 365 and networks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
IT qualifications (e.g. CompTIA Cisco) desirable
Salary
Paid to local support staff scale depending on experience.
