Carries out occasional repair work as required following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
Prevents problems from occurring in the hotels technical installations
Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
Follows the preventive maintenance programme
Applies water hygiene procedures
Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms equipment
Organise and support the team in order to complete different tasks
Managing the workshop and monitoring the spare parts stock
Daily checks on hotels BMS to provide best possible comfort for hotel guests
Log calls and supervise external contractors
Team management
- May be asked to intervene in any area of the hotel
- Is in contact will all hotel departments
- Helps optimise energy consumption
