Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and reservations via email WhatsApp and phone calls
- Accurately enter and update bookings in the companys reservation system
- Provide clear friendly and professional communication to clients at all times
- Maintain organized records of reservations and client interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations and customer service
Key Skills:
- Prior experience in administration customer service hospitality travel or sales is highly desirable
- Comfortable using digital communication platforms and reservation systems
- Warm bubbly and welcoming demeanor; enjoys engaging with clients throughout the day
