Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus * 6-8 years of experience in product management preferably in digital commerce marketplace or operations-heavy environments * Experience with AI automation or optimization systems is strongly preferred * Strong technical fluency - ability to work with engineering data science and analytics to define requirements and evaluate solutions * Proven analytical expertise with experience in SQL BI tools or experimentation frameworks * Excellent communication skills - able to translate between technical and business audiences clearly and effectively * Hands-on entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a lean environment with shifting priorities * Strong operational instincts - capable of diving into logistics data etc.
