client in need of a Project Manager in Jersey City NJ.

Responsibilities:

Drive initiatives with quick turnaround and strict deadlines
Take ownership of tasks and proactively manage deliverables-avoid a passive approach
Manage the book of work for infrastructure projects
Provide regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders
Facilitate Kanban boards and lead retrospectives
Conduct weekly backlog grooming sessions
Assist the team in resolving blockers including CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes
Ensure team adherence to Agile principles and best practices
Organize and run calls meetings and stand-ups
Train team members on processes and tools
Utilize JIRA for tracking tasks progress and metrics
Operate in a busy fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the Snowflake team (Cloud Data Platform)
Support infrastructure services by providing lifecycle maintenance for internal products
Onboard users onto the Snowflake platform
Maintain and enhance platform capabilities
Manage and optimize connections between Snowflake and other tools

Required Skills : * 5 years of experience in PM/SM roles * Background in BSA/BA with Agile experience * Agile Knowledge: Scrum Kanban backlog grooming * Tools: JIRA * Infrastructure Understanding: IDP process infra processes ARB processes
