Job Summary

Collaboration & Miscellaneous Duties

Work with internal leadership and external stakeholders to educate on statutes and policies.
Attend meetings complete required training and contribute to team projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Details:

Hours: 40/week Day Shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Local Candidates Only: Must be available for in-person interviews and start within 2 weeks of offer.

Required Qualifications:

Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training content design development and delivery.
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
Experience in marketing project coordination or public relations.

Preferred:

Training in adult education and property appraisal.
Minimum 2 years of property appraisal experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to design engaging training programs.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Knowledge of taxation laws and property appraisal practices.
