Job Summary
Case Manager- Days- Mon- Fri (0830-1700) every other weekends required every weekend preferred **Minimum 2 years of experience required** Accepts 1st time travelers! Skills Required: Acute Hospital MS SDU/PCU/IMC/Obs Surgical Services Care coordination Discharge Planning Disease management Needs Assessment/ Order DME Plan of Care CMS: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Department of Health HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) OSHA: Occupational Safety and Health Administration The Joint Commission/ Core Measure/National Safety Goals Scrubs: None just business casual attire RTO must be on the submittal No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment Please Note: Once RTO is submitted this cannot be changed unless it s to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract
