Job Summary
Job Opportunity: SAP PEO Consultant (Manufacturing & Production Focus) Aerospace
Location: Remote / 1 week of international travel per month
Contract Type: Contract immediate start 12 months
Rate: $100.00 per hour expenses

Are you an experienced SAP PEO Consultant looking to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment Were seeking a skilled professional with hands-on delivery experience and deep industry knowledge to join our growing team.
About the Role
As an SAP PEO (Production Engineering & Operations) Consultant you will play a key role in designing delivering and supporting end-to-end PEO solutions within complex manufacturing and production settings. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams drive best practices and help shape robust digital manufacturing processes.
Tasks
- Lead or support SAP PEO implementations across the full project lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live stabilization
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PEO solutions
- Configure test and optimize PEO functionalities ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules (e.g. PP QM PM MES)
- Work closely with manufacturing production and engineering stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide expert guidance documentation training and knowledge transfer
- Troubleshoot and resolve PEO-related issues ensuring system reliability and performance
Requirements
- 23 full lifecycle SAP PEO implementations (must-have)
- Strong background in manufacturing and production processes
- Deep understanding of SAP PEO core functionalities
- Experience integrating PEO with shop-floor systems/MES environments
- Solid grasp of manufacturing execution work instructions routings engineering change management and production workflows
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of discrete or complex manufacturing industries
SAP certifications in relevant modules
