| Certifications: - LEAN and/or Agile certifications a plus
- Insurance certifications or affiliation with industry group a plus
- Previous experience working with surety bonds (huge plus)

| Work Experience: - 5 years relevant professional experience
- 5 years experience as a business systems analyst ideally gained in either an insurance or insurance related business environment.
- Experienced practitioner of analysis and modelling tools
- Significant Experience with Agile processes and frameworks
- Familiarity with design thinking and customer centric design
|
| Skill Sets: - Excellent stakeholder management and written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; ability to identify resolve issues with minimal guidance
- Ability to communicate highly technical information in a business-friendly manner
- Can identify dependencies beyond immediate work
- Excellent collaborative skills and facilitation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail and focused on accuracy
- Strong desire for continuous improvement
- Viewed as leader in team; coaches and mentors less experienced team members
- Demonstrated history of building partnerships across all teams and levels
