Technical / Soft Skills: 3D CAD drafting standards Pressure vessel or HVAC equipment design ASME codes
JD: - Design pressure vessels headers and heat exchanger shells for HVAC systems using ASME Section VIII and related standards.
- Prepare detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings in CAD software SolidWorks.
- Conduct stress analysis and thickness calculations (Hand calculations) based on internal/external pressure temperature and material properties.
- Collaborate with process engineers to optimize thermal and mechanical performance.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with procurement and fabrication teams.
- Review vendor designs and ensure compliance with specifications and safety codes.
- Support product cost estimation weight analysis and design-to-manufacturing initiatives.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement programs.
