We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. This role will involve leading architecture discussions guiding integration efforts and driving full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in requirement gathering design documentation development oversight and translating business processes into actionable user stories.

Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Location: Edison NJ (Hybrid - 4 days a week)

Duration: 6 months (With high possibility of extension)

Job Description

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for leading end-to-end architectural design and solutioning for ServiceNow implementations. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect you will guide configuration development integration and maintenance activities across multiple financial systems. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will collaborate with process owners business stakeholders and development teams to define roadmaps prepare design documents and support full lifecycle delivery. Additionally the ServiceNow Solution Architect will contribute to requirement gathering user story creation testing and ongoing system improvements ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture discussions as the S2P representative for ServiceNow initiatives.
Guide the implementation configuration and maintenance of integrations with multiple financial systems.
Conduct requirement gathering and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
Support development teams in design documentation development testing and deployment activities.
Work with process owners to define product roadmaps and translate them into clear actionable user stories.
Oversee implementation and maintenance efforts to ensure platform stability scalability and compliance.
Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards and long-term business strategies.

Essential Skills

8 10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
Proven leadership in architecture discussions and solution design.
Hands-on experience guiding implementations configurations and integrations.
Strong background in requirement gathering design documentation and development oversight.
Experience supporting testing deployment implementation and maintenance activities.
Ability to translate business processes and roadmaps into detailed user stories.
