Job Summary
Job Description:

Travel to store locations for new joiner onboarding and in-person training.

Train staff on invoicing processes billing software documentation and store SOPs.

Assess existing staff through observation tests and performance evaluations.

Deliver sales luxury customer experience and clienteling training.

Develop L&D materials: manuals SOPs e-learning and presentations.

Identify skill gaps and design improvement plans.

Ensure compliance with certifications process standards and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with HR and Retail teams to manage training schedules.
