Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle GTM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) including Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud (Version 25A). This includes hands-on experience with system enhancements FTZ implementations and support for Oracle upgrades. The role also demands strong technical proficiency in SQL PL/SQL REST APIs and BI Publisher enabling seamless integration and reporting across logistics and trade compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project life cycles from planning and requirement gathering to delivery and post-implementation support.
Develop and implement enhancement features based on evolving business requirements within OTM/GTM Cloud.
Configure and develop reports using BI Publisher tailored to logistics and trade compliance needs.
Create and manage REST APIs for seamless integration between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems.
Support Oracle Cloud upgrades and new releases ensuring system stability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for GTM applications and integrations.
Document technical specifications configurations and user guides.

Develop and configure Automation Agents to streamline logistics workflows and event-driven processes.
Create and customize Workbenches to enhance user productivity and operational visibility.
Manage and configure Menu Manager for personalized navigation and user experience optimization.
