Role Overview
We are seeking an Automation QA Engineer III who can independently drive quality engineering efforts across complex product workflows. This role requires strong testing fundamentals hands-on QE experience and the ability to collaborate with engineering product and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and implement comprehensive QE strategies plans and test approaches.

Understand features and requirements by collaborating closely with development teams.

Design develop and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases.

Identify log validate and track defects using JIRA.
-
Ensure compliance with quality standards and recommended testing guidelines.
-
Continuously improve QA processes automation coverage and reporting mechanisms.
-
Drive adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks.
-
Collaborate with product managers to ensure clear alignment on quality metrics and goals.
-
Monitor QE metrics and highlight risks early.
-
Foster a culture of ownership accountability and continuous improvement.

Work closely with customers (internal/external) to understand workflows and adapt quickly to feedback.

Provide mentoring and support to team members as needed.
Required Skills Mandate Skills -
2 4 years of hands-on software testing experience

Strong understanding of functional performance and security testing

Experience writing test plans for end-to-end workflows

Experience with JIRA and bug-reporting best practices

Good analytical logical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Good-to-Have Skills -
Exposure to automation tools or scripting

Experience working within Agile environments
