Job Summary

Title: UI/UX Designer

Mode- Fulltime Only

Location: Pennington NJ

Must Have skillset: UX Design

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the end-to-end UX design process from research to final delivery.
Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research usability testing and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other designers to ensure seamless implementation.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies.
Should have knowledge and hands on experience in front end development

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and visual design.
Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD Sketch InVision Photoshop Illustrator or similar tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles design thinking and human-centered design.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
Basic experience in front end development (Angular/ ReactJs etc.)
Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Front end development.
